Delivery & Returns

DELIVERY

We offer a standard delivery service with delivery within 3–5 working days (up to 6 days for Calabria, islands, and remote areas).

Please note that during peak periods (such as Christmas, Black Friday, and Ferragosto), delivery times may be slightly longer than usual.

Product shipping is available only within Italy.

The person receiving alcoholic beverages must be over 18 years old. The delivery driver may request proof of identity and, if no adult is present, may refuse to deliver alcoholic beverages and/or decide, without any legal obligation, to attempt delivery again at a later time.

PRE-ORDER

If you purchase a product available for “pre-order”, payment will be taken immediately at the time of ordering, while delivery will take place later, once the product becomes available.

After the order has been placed, the delivery date will be communicated by email at a later stage.

It is possible to cancel a pre-order by contacting our Customer Service team.

For returns after delivery, please refer to the “Returns” section below.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are €8.95.

You can qualify for free shipping when ordering:

RETURNS

If you change your mind about your order, you have 2 options for a return.

If your purchase was made within 14 days:

• Go to your tracking email
• Click the “Withdraw from purchase” button
• An email will be sent immediately to our Customer Care team

If your purchase was made between 15-30 days ago:

• Contact our customer service team.
  
• We will send you instructions for creating a prepaid return label.
  
• Drop off your parcel using your carrier's return service.

Returned Products must be sent back within 14 days after notification.

Please note: For sale items with a short shelf life, the return period is 14 days.
