Beerwulf Promotional Terms

These Promotion Terms apply to all Beerwulf promotions in Italy involving the use of a discount code (a “Promotion”), organised by Beerwulf B.V., hereinafter referred to as “Beerwulf”.

1. Anyone residing in Italy, aged 18 or over, who has received a Beerwulf discount code via voucher, email or another online or offline channel (the “Code Details”) may participate in a Promotion.
   
2. Beerwulf organises various promotions with different validity periods. The Code Details specify the value of the discount code and the relevant promotional period. The Code Details form an integral part of these Promotion Terms.
   
3. During the stated promotional period, you may use your discount code for the amount indicated in the Code Details. A minimum order value applies, excluding the discount, as specified in the Code Details. You can use the discount code on our website www.beerwulf.com (the “Site”).
   
4. Only one discount code may be used per order. The code must be entered during the checkout process on the Site. The same code may be used for multiple orders, provided the applicable minimum order value is met. The code is not personal: you may share it. The total discount may never exceed 50% of the price of our beers. The discount code is not valid on orders containing already discounted products.
   
5. Beerwulf may exclude participants who do not comply with these Promotion Terms or cancel their discount in whole or in part.
   
6. Italian law applies to our Promotions. If any provision of these Promotion Terms is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in force and Beerwulf will adopt a new provision that reflects the original intent as closely as possible.
   
7. Beerwulf reserves the right to amend the Promotion Terms. Any changes will be published here.
   
8. By participating in a Promotion, Beerwulf’s Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy relating to use of and orders via the Site remain fully valid.
