BEERWULF DELIVERY
When will my order be delivered?
Orders are usually delivered within 3 business days, provided they are placed before 5:00 PM. Orders placed after 5:00 PM may be processed the following day.
During busy periods, delivery may take longer, so we recommend ordering in advance.
BeerTender tubes are delivered separately by La Poste within 10 to 15 business days. For bulk tube orders (4 packs or more), delivery is made by tracked service within 3 business days.
How can I track my order?
The day before delivery, you will receive a tracking email from Chronopost. This email contains a link that allows you to:
- Track your parcel
- Change the delivery date
- Redirect the parcel to a pickup point
Please note: tubes are sent without tracking, unless you have ordered 4 packs or more.
Can I choose my delivery date?
It is not possible to choose a delivery date when ordering on Beerwulf.fr.
However, once your order has been shipped, Chronopost allows you to change the delivery date using the tracking link, provided the parcel has not yet left its depot.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery is free for full delivery boxes. A full box contains:
- 1 device
- 2 x 5L kegs
If your box is not full, delivery costs of €8.95 per box apply. These costs will be shown in your basket before checkout and confirmed by email.
Do you deliver throughout France?
We deliver in mainland France, but not to overseas territories.
We are also active in several European countries. Use the flag icon in the top-right corner of our website to switch to your local market.
Can I have my parcel delivered to a pickup point?
Yes. Once you have received your Chronopost tracking email, you can select a Chronopost pickup point.
Please check the location carefully: some depots may be further away than expected.
You may also use a parcel forwarding service, but please note that returns and issues related to third-party services are not covered by Beerwulf.
What if I’m not at home?
Chronopost may attempt delivery again the next day or leave your parcel with a neighbour or at a pickup point. You will be informed by email.
After 3 unsuccessful delivery attempts, your parcel will be returned to Beerwulf. In that case, contact our customer service team to arrange a new order.
Can a minor accept the delivery?
No. All deliveries are subject to age verification.
The recipient must be present to sign for the parcel and provide proof of identity showing that they are over 18.
Accepted forms of ID are:
- Passport
- Driving licence
- National identity card
- Armed forces or police ID card
This rule also applies to deliveries to neighbours or pickup points.
Can I change my delivery address after ordering?
In general, this is not possible due to warehouse restrictions.
Please contact customer service immediately to check whether a change is possible.
How can I return my order?
If you have changed your mind, you have 30 days from the date of your order to inform us.
- Contact our customer service team.
- We will send you a prepaid DPD return label.
- Drop off your parcel at your nearest DPD centre.
- Return the Product within 14 days after informing us.
Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the returned parcel.
What are the return conditions?
To receive a full refund:
- Products must be unused and unopened, unless they are damaged or defective.
- Products returned damaged or unsellable may be subject to a partial refund.
- Products purchased on sale or with a short expiry date must be returned within 14 days.
How long does a refund take?
Once we have received your return, we will process the refund within 14 days, using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
What if my item is damaged?
- If the damage is visible at the time of delivery, ask the delivery driver to mark it as a “damaged shipment”.
- If the damage is noticed after delivery, take photos of the damaged Product and packaging.
- Contact customer service within 30 days of receiving the parcel.
What if I received the wrong Product?
Contact customer service as soon as possible via chatbot or email so we can resolve the issue quickly.
I received a gift, but there is a problem — what should I do?
Please contact customer service.
If you know the original order number, we will be able to help you more quickly.
This is especially important if your gift includes a device, as we can only transfer the warranty with the original order number.
