Beerwulf delivery FAQ
Orders are usually delivered within 3 business days , provided they are placed before 5 pm. Peak periods may cause delays; therefore, it is advisable to place your order well in advance.
The tubes are delivered within 5 to 10 working days .
Once you have received your tracking link by email from Chronopost, you can reschedule via the Chronopost website . Be sure to request this change the day before delivery, otherwise your parcel may already be in transit.
It is not currently possible to choose a delivery date on the Beerwulf website.
Delivery is free for full shipping cartons. A full carton contains:
- 1 BeerTender
- 3 x 5L beer kegs
- Tubes
If your box is not full, a delivery charge of €8.95 per box will apply. This charge will be shown in your shopping cart before you confirm your order and will be confirmed by email.
We deliver to mainland France , but not to overseas territories.
We also have a presence in several European countries . Use the flag icon in the top right corner of our website to switch to your local market.
The day before your delivery, you will receive a tracking link by email from Chronopost. You can change the delivery date from this email.
Orders are sometimes split into multiple parcels. You should receive a separate email for each tracking number. Please check each tracking number for updates and contact Customer Care if a week has passed since you placed your order.
Generally, this is not possible due to warehouse restrictions. Please contact customer service immediately to check if a change is possible.
If you miss your Chronopost delivery, the driver may attempt another delivery the next day or leave your package with a neighbor or at a collection point .
Please refer to your Chronopost tracking email for more details.
Please note that if Chronopost makes three unsuccessful delivery attempts, your package will be returned to Beerwulf .
It is not possible to ask Chronopost to leave a parcel unattended on your property, as all Beerwulf parcels are subject to age verification upon delivery .
Once you receive the tracking email from Chronopost, you can have your order delivered to a Chronopost pickup point . Please check the location of your nearest Chronopost pickup point before choosing this option. The nearest one might be further away than you think!
You can have your order sent to a parcel shipping service , but be aware that if you use a third party for your order, any return or exchange is their responsibility, and not Beerwulf's.
If you missed your Chronopost delivery, check your tracking link for updates – your parcel may have been left with a neighbor or rescheduled for delivery the next day. Otherwise, it will be delivered to a pickup point.
Yes, all Beerwulf parcels are subject to an ID-check. That means that the recipient must sign for their parcel, and present ID to prove they are over 18 years old.
This is required for all parcels and regardless of your age.
The following forms of ID are accepted:
• Passport
• Driving License
• National ID card
Please note that the surnames of the order and the ID provided must match.
Beerwulf returns FAQ
If you have changed your mind about your order, you must inform us within 30 days . Contact our customer service team, and we will arrange for your order to be collected or dropped off with Chronopost. Once we receive the returned package, the refund will be approved and processed within 14 days.
Products must be returned no later than 14 days after the date of the cancellation notice .
For "discounted" products purchased at a reduced price with a short expiry date, the return period is 14 days .
You’ll receive a prepaid DPD return label to drop off your package.
Returned products must be unused and unopened (unless faulty). If returned items are damaged or unsellable, a deduction may apply to your refund.
Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving your return in our warehouse.
The amount will be returned to you using the same method of payment you used when placing the order.
If your order arrives damaged, please notify your delivery person of the damage. They should digitally register this - please ensure the screen says "damaged shipment".
If you only notice the damage afterwards, please make sure to photograph the damaged packaging or products to pass on to the Customer Care team. This helps us to identify the source of the problem.

Please note this is particularly important if your order includes a beer machine. We can only transfer warranty to you if we have the original order number.
