Terms and conditions for promotions

These terms and conditions apply to all Beerwulf promotions and offers in France involving a discount code (a “Promotion”), organised by Beerwulf B.V., hereinafter simply referred to as “Beerwulf”.

1. Any person living in France, aged 18 or over, who has received a Beerwulf discount code via a voucher, email or other offline or online communication channel may take part in the Promotion.
   
2. Beerwulf runs different promotions during different promotional periods. The discount value and applicable promotional period are indicated with the code. The details provided with the code form part of the promotional terms and conditions.
   
3. During the promotional period, you may use your code. A minimum order value, excluding the discount code, applies and is stated in the code details. You can use the discount code directly on our website: www.beerwulf.com
   
4. You may use only one discount code per order. You can enter the code during the ordering process on our website. The discount code cannot be used for an order containing a sale item.
   
5. Beerwulf may exclude participants who do not comply with these Promotional Terms and Conditions, or may partially or fully cancel the discount.
   
6. French law applies to this Promotion. If any provision is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in force and Beerwulf will adopt a new provision that reflects the original intention as closely as possible.
   
7. Beerwulf reserves the right to change the Promotional Terms and Conditions. In that case, an update will be made at: www.beerwulf.com/condition-generales-promo
   
8. By participating in this Promotion, Beerwulf’s General Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy remain applicable to the use of the website and the placing of orders via the website.
