Orders typically arrive within 3 working days (Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 10 PM). Peak periods may cause delays so it's a good idea to place your order well in advance.
Please note that for some remote areas, delivery may take longer.
Once you receive your tracking link via email from DPD, you can reschedule your delivery using DPD Predict. It is currently not possible to select a delivery date on the Beerwulf website.
Free shipping applies to full boxes containing kegs or when purchasing a draft beer system.
This means: No shipping costs for:
• 1 BLADE starter pack
• 2 BLADE kegs
• 3 5L draft kegs.
If your box is not full, we charge €8.95 shipping per box. This will be clearly displayed in your shopping cart at checkout and also confirmed by email.
We only deliver within Austria.
We sell products in several European countries. When visiting our website, click on the small flag in the upper right corner to select a different market.
The night before your delivery, DPD will send you an email with a tracking link. You can use this email to arrange a different delivery date.
Orders are sometimes split into multiple parcels. You should receive a separate email for each tracking number. Please check each tracking number for updates and contact Customer Care if a week has passed since you placed your order.
Normally not, due to limited stock. However, please contact customer service as soon as possible to check if an upgrade is possible.
If you miss your DPD delivery, your parcel will be taken to a DPD collection point. An adult signature is required to collect the parcel.

Please note that after three unsuccessful delivery attempts, your parcel will be returned to Beerwulf by DPD.
It is not possible to instruct DPD to leave a parcel unattended on your property, as all Beerwulf parcels undergo an age verification check upon delivery.
Once you receive the tracking email from DPD, you can have your order delivered to a DPD collection point.
You can also have your order sent to a parcel service provider. However, please note that if you use a third party to handle your order, they, not Beerwulf, are responsible for returns or exchanges.
If you missed your DPD delivery, check your tracking link for updates – your parcel has been taken to the nearest DPD Pick Up Point.
If you miss three DPD deliveries, your parcel will be returned to Beerwulf. In this case, please contact our Customer Care Team to arrange a reorder.
Yes, all Beerwulf parcels are subject to an ID-check. That means that the recipient must sign for their parcel, and present ID to prove they are over 18 years old.
This is required for all parcels and regardless of your age.
The following forms of ID are accepted:
• Passport
• Driving License
• National ID card
Please note that the surnames of the order and the ID provided must match.
If you've changed your mind about your order, you will need to let us know within 30 days. Contact the Customer Care team and we will arrange for your order to be picked up or dropped off with the carrier. Once we receive your returned parcel, a refund will be approved and processed within 14 days.
The products must be returned no later than 14 days after you give notice of cancellation.
For "Sale" products purchased at a reduced price with short BBD (best before date) the returns period is 14 days.
You’ll receive a prepaid DPD return label to drop off your package.
Returned products must be unused and unopened (unless faulty). If returned items are damaged or unsellable, a deduction may apply to your refund.
Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving your return in our warehouse.
The amount will be returned to you using the same method of payment you used when placing the order.
If your order arrives damaged, please notify your delivery person of the damage. They should digitally register this - please ensure the screen says "damaged shipment".
If you only notice the damage afterwards, please make sure to photograph the damaged packaging or products to pass on to the Customer Care team. This helps us to identify the source of the problem.
