Beerwulf Discount Code Terms and Conditions

General

These terms and conditions apply to Beerwulf discount codes in Austria, hereinafter referred to as the “Promotion”, organised by Beerwulf B.V., hereinafter referred to as “Beerwulf”.

Anyone who is at least 18 years old, lives in Austria and has received a Beerwulf discount code as a voucher, by email or through other online or offline channels (the “Discount Details”) may participate in the Promotion.

Beerwulf organises various promotions with different promotional periods. The Discount Details for the relevant Promotion specify the value of the discount code and the promotional period. The Discount Details form part of these promotional terms and conditions.

Using the discount code

During the valid promotional period, you can use the discount code for the scope stated in the Discount Details. A minimum order value applies, excluding the discount code, as stated in the Discount Details.

You can use the discount code on our website www.beerwulf.com (the “Website”).

You may use one discount code per order. You can redeem the discount code during the checkout process on our Website.

You may also use the same discount code for multiple orders, provided that the relevant minimum order value is reached.

The discount code is not personal and may be shared with others.

Due to legal requirements, the applied discount may not exceed 50% of the prices of our beers.

The discount code cannot be used for orders containing discounted Products (SALE).

Exclusion and withdrawal

Beerwulf reserves the right to exclude participants who do not agree to these promotional terms and conditions from the Promotion and to withdraw the discount in whole or in part.

Applicable law

Austria law applies to these promotions.

If any provision of these terms and conditions proves to be invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in force and Beerwulf will establish a new provision that reflects the original content as closely as possible.

Changes to the terms

Beerwulf reserves the right to amend these promotional terms and conditions.

Changes to the terms of use will be announced at www.beerwulf.com/de-de/bedingungen-rabattcode/.

Other applicable policies

By participating in these promotions, Beerwulf’s General Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy remain fully applicable to the use of and ordering via the Website.
