Orders usually arrive within 2–5 business days (Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM).
During peak periods or in remote areas, delivery may take longer. We therefore recommend ordering in good time.
At the moment, it is not possible to select a delivery date directly on the Beerwulf website.
However, once you receive your tracking email from DPD, you can change your delivery date via the DPD Predict service.
Delivery is free for full boxes. A full box contains one of the following options:
If your order does not make up a full box, a flat shipping fee of €8.95 per box applies. This is shown in the basket, during checkout and in the order confirmation.
We currently deliver only within Germany and Austria.
Beerwulf also operates in other European countries. To shop in another country, click the flag icon in the top-right corner of our website and select your preferred market.
On the evening before delivery, you will receive a tracking email from DPD. You can use the link to check the delivery status or reschedule delivery.
If your delivery is more than one week late, please contact our Customer Care team.
Please get in touch within 30 days of placing your order so we can resolve the issue with DPD.
If DPD has attempted delivery three times without success, your parcel will be returned to Beerwulf. In that case, please contact our Customer Care team — we’ll be happy to help arrange redelivery.
Orders may be shipped in multiple parcels. You will receive a separate tracking link for each parcel.
Please check all links. If a parcel is still missing after one week, contact our customer service team.
Usually not, as processing in the warehouse begins very quickly.
However, if you contact our customer service team immediately after placing your order, we will check whether a change is still possible.
If you are not at home when delivery is attempted:
After three failed delivery attempts, the parcel will be returned to Beerwulf.
Important: You cannot instruct DPD to leave the parcel unattended. Every delivery requires proof of age and a signature — even for alcohol-free products.
Yes. Once you receive the tracking email, you can redirect the delivery to a DPD Pickup parcel shop of your choice.
You may also use a parcel forwarding service, but please note: Beerwulf accepts no responsibility for issues, exchanges or returns via third-party providers.
If you missed a delivery, check the tracking link — the parcel is usually left at the nearest DPD parcel shop.

Yes. All Beerwulf orders require proof of age and a signature upon delivery or collection.

The Product must be returned within 14 days after notification.
Please note: Sale items with a short best-before date must be returned within 14 days.
Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging, unless they are defective.
A partial refund may apply for damaged or unsellable items.
Once your return has arrived at our warehouse, the refund will be processed within 14 days.
The refund will be made to the original payment method.
If your parcel is damaged upon delivery, inform the DPD driver immediately and insist that it is digitally recorded as a “damaged shipment”.
If you only notice the damage later, please take clear photos of the packaging and contents and send them to customer service.
