Delivery & Returns

How long does delivery take?

Orders usually arrive within 3 business days (Tuesday to Saturday, 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM). During busy periods, delivery may take longer, so we recommend placing your order well in advance.

Please note: Delivery may take slightly longer in remote areas.

Can I choose my delivery date?

At the moment, it is not possible to select a delivery date during checkout on Beerwulf.nl. We hope to reintroduce this feature in the future.

Once you receive your DHL tracking email, you can change your delivery date for more flexibility.

Unfortunately, delivery to a DHL pickup point is not available.

How much does delivery cost?

Free shipping applies to full boxes of beer kegs. This means you do not pay shipping costs when ordering:

  • 1 BLADE starter pack
  • 2 BLADE kegs
  • 3 x 5L beer kegs

If your box is not full, a delivery fee of €8.95 per box will be charged. This is shown in your shopping cart during checkout and confirmed in your email.

How do I know if I have a full box?

During checkout, you will see exactly how many beer kegs are still needed to qualify for free shipping.

Here’s how it works:

  • With 2 BLADE kegs, you have a full box and shipping is free.
  • If you add 1 extra BLADE keg, the second box is not full and you will pay €8.95 shipping costs.
  • With 4 BLADE kegs, shipping is free again.

Do you deliver to my area?

We deliver throughout the Netherlands.

We also ship to several other European countries. To change your market, click the flag icon in the top-right corner of our website.

Where is my order?

One day before delivery, you will receive a tracking link from DHL by email.

You will also receive a second email once your order has been scanned into the delivery van.

I haven’t received my order — what now?

If your order is more than one week late, please contact our customer service team.

It is important to do this within 30 days of placing your order so we can resolve the issue with DHL.

If DHL has unsuccessfully attempted delivery 4 times, your order will be returned to Beerwulf. Please contact customer service so we can help arrange a replacement order.

I only received part of my order — what should I do?

Orders are sometimes shipped in multiple parcels.

You will receive a separate email with tracking information for each parcel.

Please check the status of all tracking links and contact us if a parcel has not arrived within one week of your order date.

Can I change my delivery address after placing my order?

This is usually not possible due to warehouse limitations.

Please contact customer service as soon as possible — we will do our best to help where possible.

What happens if I’m not home?

If you miss your delivery, the following will happen:

  • DHL will leave a card in your letterbox with details.
  • The card will explain that another delivery attempt will be made and that a new delivery date can be selected via the tracking link(s).
  • After 4 failed delivery attempts, the parcel will be returned to Beerwulf.

Please note: We cannot leave parcels unattended (for example, outside your door or in a shed).

All Beerwulf deliveries require an age verification check, even for non-alcoholic items.

Can I have my order delivered to a pickup point?

No. Once you receive the DHL tracking email, you can only change the delivery day.

You may also choose to use a parcel forwarding service, but please note: Beerwulf is not responsible for issues, returns or replacements involving third-party forwarding services.

I missed my DHL delivery — what should I do?

DHL will leave a card with the next steps. They will then attempt delivery again.

After 4 failed delivery attempts, the parcel will be returned to us. In that case, please contact customer service to arrange a replacement parcel.

Do I need to sign for delivery?

Yes. All deliveries require a signature and proof of age from the person receiving the parcel.

The following forms of identification are accepted:

  • Passport
  • Driving licence
  • Citizen ID card
  • Military/Police ID

This age verification is required whether your parcel is delivered to your home or to a neighbour.

How do I return my order?

If you change your mind, you have 30 days from the order date to notify us.

  • Contact our customer service team.
  • We will send you instructions for creating a prepaid DHL return label.
  • Drop off your parcel using DHL’s return service.

Returned Products must be sent back within 14 days after notification.

Please note: For sale items with a short shelf life, the return period is 14 days.

What are the return conditions?

Returned Products must be unused and unopened unless they are defective.

If a Product is returned damaged or unsellable, a partial refund may apply.

How long does a refund take?

Once your return has been received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 14 days.

We will refund the amount using the same payment method used to place the order.

What if my item is damaged?

If your parcel arrives damaged:

  • Inform the courier and ask them to register the delivery as a “damaged shipment” on their device.
  • If you notice the damage after delivery, please take clear photos of the damaged Product and packaging.

Contact our customer service team within 30 days of placing your order.

The photos help us understand what went wrong so we can provide a solution.

What if I received the wrong item?

Please contact our customer service team immediately via chat or email so we can resolve the issue quickly.

I received a gift but there’s a problem — what should I do?

Please contact customer service.

If you know the original order number, we can process your request more efficiently. This is especially important for devices.

We can only transfer the warranty to you if we have the original order number.
