Orders typically arrive within 3 working days (Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 10 PM). Peak periods may cause delays so it's a good idea to place your order well in advance.
Please note that for some remote areas (see below), delivery may take longer.
Unfortunately, it is currently not possible to choose a delivery date on the Beerwulf website. We hope to be able to reintroduce this option soon.
As soon as you have received your DHL tracking email, you can change the delivery date of your order. If your order consists of multiple packages, you will receive multiple tracking emails. Please note that you will need to change the delivery date for each tracking email.
Free delivery is available on full boxes. A full box contains one of the following:
• A BLADE starter pack
• 2 BLADE kegs
• 3 5L beer kegs
If your box is not full, a delivery fee of €8.95 per box will be charged. This is clearly displayed in your shopping cart during checkout and confirmed in your email.
We deliver throughout the Netherlands, although delivery may take longer in some remote areas.
We also sell products in other European countries. When you visit our website, click on the flag in the top right corner of your desktop or at the bottom of the page on your mobile to select another market.
One day before your order is delivered, you will receive a tracking link from DHL via email. You will also receive an email when your DHL driver scans your package and places it in the delivery van.
Orders are sometimes split into multiple parcels. You should receive a separate email for each tracking number. Please check each tracking number for updates and contact Customer Care if a week has passed since you placed your order.
It is usually not possible to change your delivery address after placing an order due to warehouse limitations. If you still wish to check if an update is possible, it is important to contact our customer service as soon as possible after placing the order.
If you miss your DHL delivery, the driver will leave a card in your mailbox with additional information. A new delivery time will then be scheduled.
Please note that if DHL makes 4 failed delivery attempts, your package will be returned to Beerwulf. It is not possible to leave a package unattended with DHL, as all Beerwulf packages are subject to age checks upon delivery. This also applies to packages containing non-alcoholic products.
Once you have received the tracking email from DHL, it is unfortunately only possible to change the delivery day. Delivery to a pick-up point is not possible at that time.
Please note that if you use a third party for your order (for example, to forward your order abroad), any returns or exchanges are their responsibility and not that of Beerwulf.

Yes, all Beerwulf parcels are subject to an ID-check. That means that the recipient must sign for their parcel, and present ID to prove they are over 18 years old.
This is required for all parcels and regardless of your age.
The following forms of ID are accepted:
• Passport
• Driving License
• National ID card
Please note that the surnames of the order and the ID provided must match.
If you have changed your mind about your order and wish to return it, you must let us know within 30 days. Please contact our customer service.
The products must be returned no later than 14 days after your cancellation. We will then arrange for your order to be picked up or delivered by DHL. As soon as we have received your returned package in good order, the refund will be approved and processed within 14 days.
Do you want to return a product purchased at a lower price due to a shorter expiration date? Then you must let us know in the same way as mentioned above, but within 14 days.
Please note: products may only be returned if they are unused and unopened (unless they arrived defective).
You will receive precise instructions for this after you have registered your return with our customer service. You will be instructed to create a prepaid DHL return label and drop off your package.
Returned products must be unused and unopened (unless faulty). If returned items are damaged or unsellable, a deduction may apply to your refund.
Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving your return in our warehouse.
The amount will be returned to you using the same method of payment you used when placing the order.
If your order arrives damaged, please notify your delivery person of the damage. They should digitally register this - please ensure the screen says "damaged shipment".
If you only notice the damage afterwards, please make sure to photograph the damaged packaging or products to pass on to the Customer Care team. This helps us to identify the source of the problem.
