Orders usually arrive within 3 business days (Tuesday to Saturday, 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM). During busy periods, delivery may take longer, so we recommend placing your order well in advance.
Please note: Delivery may take slightly longer in remote areas.
At the moment, it is not possible to select a delivery date during checkout on Beerwulf.nl. We hope to reintroduce this feature in the future.
Once you receive your DHL tracking email, you can change your delivery date for more flexibility.
Unfortunately, delivery to a DHL pickup point is not available.
Free shipping applies to full boxes of beer kegs. This means you do not pay shipping costs when ordering:
If your box is not full, a delivery fee of €8.95 per box will be charged. This is shown in your shopping cart during checkout and confirmed in your email.
During checkout, you will see exactly how many beer kegs are still needed to qualify for free shipping.

One day before delivery, you will receive a tracking link from DHL by email.
You will also receive a second email once your order has been scanned into the delivery van.
If your order is more than one week late, please contact our customer service team.
It is important to do this within 30 days of placing your order so we can resolve the issue with DHL.
If DHL has unsuccessfully attempted delivery 4 times, your order will be returned to Beerwulf. Please contact customer service so we can help arrange a replacement order.
Orders are sometimes shipped in multiple parcels.
You will receive a separate email with tracking information for each parcel.
Please check the status of all tracking links and contact us if a parcel has not arrived within one week of your order date.
This is usually not possible due to warehouse limitations.

All Beerwulf deliveries require an age verification check, even for non-alcoholic items.
No. Once you receive the DHL tracking email, you can only change the delivery day.
You may also choose to use a parcel forwarding service, but please note: Beerwulf is not responsible for issues, returns or replacements involving third-party forwarding services.
DHL will leave a card with the next steps. They will then attempt delivery again.
After 4 failed delivery attempts, the parcel will be returned to us. In that case, please contact customer service to arrange a replacement parcel.
Yes. All deliveries require a signature and proof of age from the person receiving the parcel.

This age verification is required whether your parcel is delivered to your home or to a neighbour.
If you change your mind, you have 30 days from the order date to notify us.
Returned Products must be sent back within 14 days after notification.
Please note: For sale items with a short shelf life, the return period is 14 days.
Returned Products must be unused and unopened unless they are defective.
If a Product is returned damaged or unsellable, a partial refund may apply.
Once your return has been received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 14 days.
We will refund the amount using the same payment method used to place the order.
